How much does an estate cleanout cost? +
Most homes fall between $5,000 and $22,000 depending on size and how full the home is. A small home (under 1,500 sq ft) typically runs $5,000–$7,000; a large home (2,500–4,000 sq ft) runs $15,000–$22,000. You get one fixed quote up front — not an hourly rate or a percentage of sales.
What happens to all the belongings? +
Every item is photographed and sorted into one of four paths: items we sell or send to auction, items we donate, items you'd like to keep, and items we responsibly dispose of or recycle. You see the full inventory online and can flag anything you want kept before it leaves the home.
How does the AI cataloging work — and is it safe? +
Our crew photographs every item. AI then drafts a description, a suggested category, and an estimated value for each one — but a real person on our team reviews and approves every entry before you ever see it. The AI makes us fast and thorough so nothing valuable gets thrown out by mistake; the human review keeps it accurate and private.
What if we find cash, jewelry, or important documents? +
Anything that looks valuable or personal — cash, jewelry, photos, legal documents, firearms — is set aside, logged, and returned to you. It's written into our service agreement, and our crew follows a documented chain-of-custody process.
How quickly can you finish? +
A typical cleanout is complete in 2–3 weeks from the time you book. If you're on a tight closing or listing deadline, ask about our rush option.
Do I have to be there? +
No. Most of our clients live hours away and have full-time jobs. After one walkthrough or a video call, we handle everything and keep you updated through your online project page. You make one decision — hiring us — and attend zero weekends.
