    Our crew photographs every room and item. AI drafts a description, category, and value for each — and our team reviews and approves it all.

    You review online

    You get a private project page with the full inventory. Flag anything you'd like to keep; the rest we route for you.

    Sell, donate, dispose

    Valuables go to resale or auction. Good usable goods are donated with receipts. The rest is recycled or hauled away.

    Broom clean

    We do a final sweep and hand back an empty, clean home — ready to list, sell, or close. Usually within 2–3 weeks.
